As our Senior Sales Manager Smart Office you are responsible for creating the customer base selling Zens’ professional B2B charger portfolio to end user accounts across Europe, mainly focusing on BNL, DACH, UK and the Nordics.
Your main target audience will be global heads of workplace solutions, IT and HR within large EU organizations, so as relevant local partners to scale this business further. Next to that you are involved in the development of relevant partnerships and the overall business strategy.
Having the right “hunter” mentality accompanied by a passion for sales, a sense for opportunities and a strong organizational awareness in the field of product and SaaS solutions related to Smart buildings are part of your core strengths and background.
- Finding and creating sales opportunities is key, establishing customer relations and sales in line with the growth ambitions of Zens Business Solutions
- Make the utmost use of our lead generation resulting in closing the deal
- Using your appetite for sales resulting in deliverance according to target and beyond
- Working Internationally and travelling is what you love and this role includes (min 20% – max. 50%) as soon as permitted
- Team up with our Marketing department providing input for relevant Marketing events to increase our brand awareness

- Are a seasoned “hungry” and self-starting professional with 5 – 10 years’ experience in B2B product and SaaS solutions (pre Smart Buildings)
- Are a skilled communicator and strong consultative seller
- Are motivated by the fact to work in an international sales environment
- Are highly target oriented not losing sight of the (long-term) relationship
- Have a matching educational background on BC/ Master level
- Are decisive and confident in word and act
- Are fluently in English and German verbally and in writing, Dutch would be complementary
- Are a team player having the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues in order to contribute to the continuous growth of Zens
