FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What devices are compatible with the Zens Charging Cable USB C-C Pro 3?

The Charging Cable Pro 3 works with USB-C laptops, tablets, smartphones, e-readers and other USB-C devices. Wirelessly, it charges compatible iPhones or AirPods at up to 15W and Apple Watch at up to 5W. For the best performance, connect the device that needs the most power, such as your laptop, to the wired USB-C end.

Does the Zens Charging Cable USB C-C Pro 3 work with both Android and Apple devices?

Yes. The wired USB-C connection can charge compatible Apple and Android devices, while the Qi2 charging pad works with compatible smartphones. The dedicated watch charger is made for Apple Watch. If you do not use an Apple Watch, Zens x Thule Tech Kit 3 is likely the better fit.

What kind of power adapter should I use with the Zens Charging Cable USB C-C Pro 3?

Tech Kit 4 includes a 65W USB-C power adapter, which is suitable for most everyday USB-C laptops such as MacBook Air / Neo and similar models. If your laptop requires more power, consider a higher-output USB-C adapter. The Charging Cable Pro 3 itself supports up to 140W.

Can the Charging Cable Pro 3 charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. One cable can charge up to three devices at once: your laptop or another USB-C device via the wired connection, your iPhone or AirPods wirelessly at up to 15W, and your Apple Watch at up to 5W.

What can I store in the Thule PowerShuttle?

The Thule Subterra 2 PowerShuttle has a space-saving 22 x 5 x 14.5 cm design with dedicated storage for tech and travel essentials. Elastic pockets keep cables, chargers and accessories neatly in place, while an easy-access slip pocket and secure zipped compartment give you room for items such as your passport. It is finished with durable materials, lining and YKK zippers, plus a versatile key ring that can be used inside or outside the zipped compartment.
