By placing an order through the Zens webshop, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

2. Applicability

These shop terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements made via the Zens webshop. Other conditions from the customer do not apply.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is made at checkout using the available methods.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • If a price is clearly incorrect due to an obvious mistake, Zens is not obliged to deliver.

4. Delivery

  • Products are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery times are indicative.
  • Ownership remains with Zens until full payment.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel your order free of charge.
  • Risk of loss or damage stays with Zens until the product is delivered to you (or a person you designate).
  • Zens delivers within the EU and selected other countries.
  • For shipments outside of the EU, Zens reserves the right to apply a surcharge on orders below a minimum order amount. This will always be shown clearly before you complete your order.
  • For deliveries outside of the EU, any local customs duties, import charges or taxes are your responsibility.

5. Warranty

  • All Zens products include a 24-month commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • For wireless chargers, charging cables and built-in charging solutions, this warranty can be extended by 1 additional year, for a total of 36 months, by registering your product on our website within 90 days of purchase.
  • Powerbanks and USB-C power adapters are excluded from the warranty  extension and remain covered by the 24-month commercial warranty.
  • This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
  • The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

  • As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
  • Please see our Return Policy for details on how to exercise your right of withdrawal.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

  • Zens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits).
  • Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (for example in case of death, personal injury or wilful misconduct).
  • Zens maintains adequate liability insurance to cover its obligations under these terms.

9. Complaints

  • If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@zens.tech.
  • We aim to respond within 5 working days.
  • If we cannot resolve the complaint together, you may refer it to the Dutch court.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
