At Zens, we make sure your new charger arrives just as smoothly as it will charge your devices. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, keeping delivery fast, reliable and without surprises.

Europe (EU + additional European countries)

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Worldwide

Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Qatar, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.


Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A personal track & trace link to follow your shipment

Accidentally entered a typo in your address or email during checkout?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct it before your order is dispatched.

We ship from the Netherlands and aim to process all orders within 1 business day.

Shipping costs

EU

Always free shipping, regardless of order value.

Worldwide (outside the EU)

  • ≥ €/$75: free shipping

  • < €/$75: €/$15 shipping fee

Shipping fees are applied automatically during checkout.


Customs, VAT & import duties

Within the EU

No additional costs. VAT is included and there are no customs duties.

Outside the EU (DAP – Delivered At Place)

For deliveries outside the EU:

  • Zens covers the shipping costs as stated above.

  • Local authorities may apply import duties, customs fees and local taxes.

  • These additional costs are always the responsibility of the recipient, regardless of the order value.

In short: we cover the shipping above €/$75; any customs charges outside the EU are at the customer’s expense.


Returns

You may return your product within 14 days, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
