FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What devices are compatible with the Zens Charging Cable USB-C Pro 2?

The USB-C cable works with USB-C laptops, tablets, smartphones, e-readers and other USB-C devices. A second device, such as your phone or earbuds, can be charged wirelessly at the same time. For the best performance, connect the device that needs the most power, such as your laptop, to the wired USB-C end.

Can I charge two devices at the same time?

Yes. The Charging Cable Pro 2 lets you power your USB-C laptop or tablet while wirelessly charging a second device at up to 15W. That means one cable can take care of both your main device and your phone or earbuds.

Is the included 65W power adapter enough for my laptop?

For most everyday USB-C laptops, including MacBook Air / Neo and similar models, 65W is more than enough. If you use a more powerful laptop that requires a higher wattage, consider using a higher-output USB-C power adapter. The Charging Cable Pro 2 itself supports up to 140W.

Is Tech Kit 3 suitable for hybrid work?

Yes. It is designed for moving between home, office and travel without carrying multiple chargers. The Charging Cable Pro 2, 65W Flat USB-C Power Adapter and PowerShuttle keep your setup compact, organised and ready to go. With EU, UK and US plugs included, you can also stay powered when work takes you abroad.

What can I store in the Thule PowerShuttle?

The Thule Subterra 2 PowerShuttle has a space-saving 22 x 5 x 14.5 cm design with dedicated storage for tech and travel essentials. Elastic pockets keep cables, chargers and accessories neatly in place, while an easy-access slip pocket and secure zipped compartment give you room for items such as your passport. It is finished with durable materials, lining and YKK zippers, plus a versatile key ring that can be used inside or outside the zipped compartment.
