You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Please return your Zens product complete, in the original Zens packaging, and carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. You may be held responsible for any loss in value caused by not adhering to these requirements.
