Our return policy

You may return your product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in new condition and sent back in the original Zens packaging, ideally protected by a master carton. Please include the following with your return:

• The product in new or unused condition, with all original inserts and accessories
• A purchase receipt
• The original Zens product packaging

Zens may withhold part of the refund if items are returned incomplete or damaged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you have a question or complaint about your product, please contact our support team.
