14-day return policy

Changed your mind? You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Please return your Zens product complete, in its original Zens packaging and carefully packed to prevent damaging during shipping. You may be held responsible for any loss in value caused by by not adhering to these requirements.

How to return

Start your return here. We’ll provide the return instructions and return address. You can also use the self-service return option in your Zens account. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds

We’ll refund your purchase, when the complete order is returned, using your original payment method. Refunds are made within 14 days after you cancel your purchase after receipt of the returned product by Zens.
