Is this a full-featured IT dock?

Yes, the PuK Combi HDMI acts as an integrated desk dock. With just one USB-C connection, your laptop is instantly connected to power and one or two external screens via HDMI. It replaces loose docks and cables with a clean, built-in setup.

Is it compatible with our laptops (macOS/Windows)?

Yes, it works with both macOS and Windows laptops. The USB-C connection supports Power Delivery (PD) and video output. Need help with getting started? Click here.

How does dual-monitor support work?

The Combi HDMI supports one or two screens through the fixed desk connection. For users, it’s plug-and-play.

Is the Qi2 wireless charger magnetic, and does wireless charging work reliably?

Qi2 improves alignment and reliability—just place your phone down, and it starts charging automatically. Most phone cases up to around 3 mm work fine. Very thick or metal cases may interfere, but Qi2 helps your device find the charging “sweet spot.”

Troubleshooting – no display after plugging in

Wait 10–15 seconds. Ensure the correct USB-C connector is fully inserted. Check for external display detection on your laptop (Windows/macOS).
