What you’ll do
As an E-commerce Intern, you’ll help grow our online shop (zens.tech) and support improvements in the overall customer experience. You’ll be part of the marketing team and work on content management, Shopify optimisation, and data analysis. In addition, you’ll contribute to an ongoing conversion optimisation plan to continuously improve our webshop’s performance.
In short, you will:

Update and optimise product pages and other website content.

Test and implement new Shopify apps and features.

Monitor performance through Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4.

Identify and analyse opportunities to improve the customer journey.

Contribute to a conversion optimisation plan – from insights to recommendations.

Support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
You are

Currently studying (Online) Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or Communication.

Interested in webshops, data, and online customer behaviour.

Analytical, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

Structured in your work and comfortable working with both content and numbers.
