3EALITY is the new innovation hub for Spatial Computing and digital twinning at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. The hub is born from the overarching idea of the Metaverse, which is a Spatial and 3D Internet, that blends the physical and digital world. The physical hub is a unique working concept rooted in biophilic design, offering a growth office model with coworking spaces, private offices, and shared facilities. Located at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, 3EALITY provides an environment where organisations can collaborate, innovate, and grow. To enhance this vision, 3EALITY partnered with Zens to integrate wireless charging technology into its office infrastructure, transforming coworking spaces into smarter, more connected environments that prioritise seamless collaboration, user convenience, and increased productivity.

To address these challenges, the 3EALITY hub integrates Zens’ wireless charging solutions into its office spaces: Zens Desk Management System empowered by smart wireless charging PuKs and data insights. Zens’ technology not only eliminates cables but also enhances the user experience by providing a streamlined, clutter-free workspace with smart wireless charging. This allows users to move freely and connect effortlessly, enhancing their mobility and productivity throughout the day.

The Zens Desk Management System provides the digital backbone of this transformation. It collects and analyses real-time data from the smart PuKs on workspace usage, revealing key insights into desk occupancy rates, peak periods, and demand for specific areas. This information empowers the 3EALITY hub to make strategic decisions regarding office layout and resource allocation, ensuring that the space remains efficient, adaptable, and user-centric.
